Tobacco Diet Container Rules

Sex - It is imperative that we keep our sexual energy contained, calm and internally circulating.

No sex

No masturbation

No Ejaculation

Substances & Medicines - It is imperative that we keep our diet free of anything which could strain the liver.

No alcohol

No drugs

No Pharmaceuticals

Avoid strong medicinal herbs including medicinal mushrooms. “Neutral consciousness” supplements like vitamins and minerals are okay.

Ceremonies & Shamanic Practices - It is imperative that we keep our diet free of other plant medicine ceremonies.

No plant medicine ceremonies outside of our container. It is possible to sit in another’s ceremony as a guardian or angel without ingesting medicines.

No smoking of tobacco until our closing ceremonies.

Food - It is imperative that we keep our eating simple, fresh, alive and neutral.

No pork 

No shellfish

No red meat

No dairy

No fermented foods

No canned or preserved foods included cured foods like smoked fish

No white sugar

No iced cold drinks, drink warm or lukewarm

No spicy as in chili peppers

No caffeine (Cacao is okay)

No heavy oils such as deep fried food

Avoid herbal teas that overly heat the body such as excess ginger or tumeric.

Avoid excess black pepper.

Avoid food with preservatives, seed oils and industrial ingredients.

Media, Speech & Other Forms of Intimacy - It is imperative that we stay mindful of what comes in and what goes out on all levels.

Avoid violent and overtly sexualized media—including music.

Avoid speaking to others exterior to the container about one’s process until our container is closed. Therapists are an exception to this as they represent a closed loop with professional codes of non-disclosure.

Avoid intimacy (cuddling, kissing, deep emotional outpourings) with anyone who is not your partner or well-established soul family.

Communication Within the Container

Always speak with respect.

Do not call each other out or give advice in our group calls or in our circles—please keep your shares to your own process.

Do not gossip in the container about each other. When communicating with accountability partners, please leave others out of your talk. If there is an interpersonal that needs to be worked out with another individual in the container, please reach out to an individual on the guardianship team.

In-Person Ceremonial Ground Rules

No physical contact with other participants during ceremony; hugs after please <3 

No speaking outside of necessary exchanges 

No other medicines such as rapé, sananga or cannabis 

No cosmetics, skin cream, essential oils or perfumes—Agua Florida is permissible. 

No leaving the designated ceremony area, except for bathroom breaks and to refill water.

No phones, computers or screens in our ceremonial space.

No singing icaros alongside facilitator. When the guitar comes out everyone is welcome to join & there will be invitations for everyone’s voice to be heard. 

After ceremony is finished, please empty your purge bucket by a tree away from common areas.
